How we use your details
Who we are
WY Design Kft., Harmat utca 208, Budapest, Hungary, is responsible for the information collected on this website. You can contact us at pei@wy-design.com.
What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry we receive your email address, your message, the residence you asked about if any, and how you found the site (for example the name of an advert). When you request a brochure we receive your email address and which brochure you opened. We use these details only to reply to you personally and to follow up on your interest in Rumah Márton. We do not add you to a mailing list or send automated marketing emails. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Cookies and measurement
With your permission, the site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta to measure visits and the performance of our adverts. Nothing is loaded unless you choose Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of the page.
Where your details are kept
The website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiries and brochure requests are delivered to our email by the form service Web3Forms. We do not sell your details, and we share them only with those directly involved in the sale of Rumah Márton. We keep them while the residences are for sale and for up to two years afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by writing to pei@wy-design.com. You may also contact the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH).
